  • Review the case including the complaint, any investigation that has been conducted, available deposition testimony and other documents such as discrimination/harassment policies, training provided and actions taken.

  • Provide an assessment of the case - where I believe the strong and weak points are for both sides.

  • Make recommendations on actions that should be taken such as further investigation that needs to be conducted.

  • Assist in developing deposition questions or preparing your witnesses for deposition.

  • Assist in mediation efforts.

  • Help locate and interview expert witnesses.

  • Assist in gathering available research.
