EMPLOYMENT DISPUTE RESOLUTION EXPERIENCE

In her 17 years as a dispute resolution professional, Caroline Vincent has mediated every conceivable kind of employment dispute including gender, sexual orientation, age, race, religion, national origin and medical condition discrimination; racial and sexual harassment; pregnancy and family leave act; disability; wage and hour disputes; breach of contract; constructive termination, retaliation, trade secrecy and whistleblower disputes. Ms. Vincent has drafted and negotiated several hundred employment agreements and policy handbooks. In addition to serving as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral fact finder, Ms. Vincent designs and delivers mediation advocacy and clause drafting workshops to lawyers, management and human resource professionals.
